Cancellation Terms
All cancellation timelines are calculated based on your scheduled check-in date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Cancellations are considered effective from the date and time we acknowledge your request — not the date you send the message.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refund amount.
Date Changes & Rescheduling
If you'd like to change your travel date instead of cancelling, please reach out to us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may involve a price difference depending on the new date and property selected. No additional cancellation charges apply to date changes requested 7 or more days before the original check-in date.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior communication will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.
Weather & Force Majeure
In the rare event that your experience is affected by extreme weather or conditions beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your trip to an alternative date at no extra cost, subject to availability. Refund requests under such circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
