Teddy’s Treks & Trailsis a sister brand of Teddy's Treks & Trails — an adventure tourism business based in Suryanelli, Munnar, Kerala, India. We offer curated outdoor experiences including sunrise expeditions, camping, trekking, and accommodation packages across our owned and partner properties.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the applicable advance amount as indicated during the booking process.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree.
• Prices displayed on the website are per person or per unit as indicated, and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your confirmed booking will be honoured.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the stipulated time.

Guest Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.
• Arrive at the designated location and time as communicated in your booking confirmation.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during treks, jeep safaris, and camping activities.
• Treat the property, equipment, and natural surroundings with care and respect.
• Refrain from carrying or consuming illegal substances on the premises.
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings. Teddy’s Treks & Trails and Teddy's Treks & Trails are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Health & Fitness

Our experiences involve outdoor activities at high altitudes (up to 8,530 feet), trekking on uneven terrain, and early-morning jeep safaris. Guests should be in reasonable physical health to participate. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns, please inform us before your trip so we can advise accordingly.

Participation in all activities is at your own risk. We recommend that guests have adequate travel or health insurance.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Adventure and outdoor activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to weather changes, wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, and altitude-related effects. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Teddy’s Treks & Trails, Teddy's Treks & Trails, our staff, and partner properties shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in our activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.

Property & Accommodation

• We operate a mix of owned properties (Sky Deck, Adventure Dome) and partner properties. The type of accommodation is clearly described on the website and in your booking confirmation.
• We reserve the right to assign an equivalent or upgraded accommodation in the event that the originally booked property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any damage to property or equipment caused by guests will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before booking.

Modifications by Us

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, activities, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Teddy’s Treks & Trails and Teddy's Treks & Trails and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Idukki, Kerala.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
